This is a virtual event, accessible online and over the phone. Access instructions will be provided after registration.

This complimentary webinar is produced in connection with the latest Bloomberg Law Special Report.

Facing the rapid growth of alternative legal service providers, law firms and corporate legal departments are reassessing their business models to address the changing competitive environment. At the same time, the rules underpinning the profession are evolving as states re-examine issues such as non-lawyer ownership, fee sharing, and certain related ethics practices. As the delivery of legal services evolves, the relationship between traditional law firms, alternative providers and the corporate client will continue to shift.

This webinar will examine how the relationship between general counsel, law firms, and ALSPs is shifting and what will that mean for the future of legal services. Our panel of experts will offer insights on where ALSPs are having the most disruptive impact and how law firms and in-house departments can make the most of it.
