Additionally, Tracy collaborates with our global partners in representing Allianz Life Talent Acquisition, sharing recruiting best practices, and driving their Employer Value Proposition. Prior to joining Allianz Life, Tracy had experience working in a professional search firm and the retail recruiting space. She has an undergrad degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota.Jessica leads the U.S. compliance team responsible for supporting Ceridian s products. She has 10 years of experience providing advice on all aspects of HR and employment related compliance.
