Any business and HR leader understands the importance of effective recruitment, hiring and retention; however, sometimes the wrong person for your company is hired, particularly when your business is experiencing rapid growth. Compound this with ever-changing HR legislation, the hiring process for some employers can be challenging, as state and local governments introduce and enact bills that restrict their ability to ask applicants certain information about their criminal, credit or salary history.
