Description

This is a complimentary program sponsored by Relativity.

Corporate legal departments, particularly in highly regulated industries such as financial services, face increasing pressure to keep operational costs low while contributing to business success and differentiation.  Leaders need to examine their value chains to understand what they are doing efficiently and leveraging those efficiencies to demonstrate value to their internal stakeholders and external consumers.  In-house leaders must look to how they operate as a business within their organization and rely on a variety of emerging technology tools, from automation to artificial intelligence, to be more efficient and drive business strategy.

Join legal operations and business solutions leaders for their insights on strategies for demonstrating value through efficiencies in their legal services business, and how to utilize these efficiencies to participate in corporate strategy.

• How to identify opportunities for competitive advantage through efficiencies within legal operations and legal services

• Strategies for using these opportunities to deliver value in legal services
